The development of all our colleagues is governed by our Atlas London Career Pathway.

This provides clear guidelines for each individual as to what level of knowledge is expected of them, and the key training they will need to advance to the next level and beyond.

We are the only cleaning company with a BICSc Accredited Assessment Centre in the City of London.
